The Trio Quodlibet currently performs in high-level national and international concert series and festivals.
They have collaborated in various chamber music formations with Eckart Runge, Simone Gramaglia, Massimo Mercelli, Gabriele Pieranunzi, Rudens Turku, Andrea Rebaudengo, and Sandro De Palma. In recent years, Mauro Montalbetti and Andrea Damiano Cotti have dedicated works to them, which were premiered by the ensemble.
The Accademia Walter Stauffer in Cremona, in the class of the Quartetto di Cremona, the Accademia Chigiana in Siena with Bruno Giuranna, the Jeunesses Musicales Deutschland in Weikersheim with Heime Müller, as well as encounters with the Cuarteto Casals, the Belcea Quartet, and the Gewandhaus Quartet, have all contributed to the artistic development of the Trio Quodlibet. These experiences have enabled the three musicians to distinguish themselves in major international competitions, including Second Prize at the “Tina Anguissola Scotti” award at the Valtidone International Chamber Music Competition, First Prize at the European Music Competition in Moncalieri, and Second Prize at the Massimiliano Antonelli International Chamber Music Competition in Latina.
Thanks to their musical qualities, they were the first string trio to be selected for the international project “Le Dimore del Quartetto,” through which they regularly perform concerts for the Associazione Dimore Storiche Italiane and the Musica con Vista initiative promoted by the AMUR Committee.
