Born in Parma in 1998, he studied Composition at the “A. Boito” Conservatory in Parma, first with Maestro Emilio Ghezzi and later with Maestro Roberto Sansuini, graduating with a second-level degree in 2025 with top marks, honours, and special mention.
He previously studied Accordion with Maestro Cesare Chiacchiaretta at the “U. Giordano” Conservatory in Foggia, obtaining a second-level degree in 2021 with top marks, honours, and special mention.
He also studied saxophone at the “A. Boito” Conservatory in Parma with Maestro Massimo Ferraguti, graduating with a second-level degree in July 2019 with top marks, honours, and special mention.
He has attended masterclasses, advanced courses, and lessons with López López, Eddy Flecijn, Hans Maier, Horak, Gabrio Taglietti, among others.
As an accordionist, he has performed several times on live local and national television broadcasts (Rai 1, Rai 2, Rai 5, etc.), as well as in various Italian theatres, including Teatro Regio di Parma, Teatro Lirico di Cagliari, Teatro Manzoni in Bologna, and Pala de André in Ravenna.
He has frequently performed as accordionist with orchestras such as the Orchestra L. Cherubini, the Orchestra of the Teatro Lirico di Cagliari, the Filarmonica Arturo Toscanini of Parma, the Filarmonici of the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, the Orchestra Filarmonica Italiana, and I Musici di Parma. He has been conducted by Riccardo Muti, Wayne Marshall, Timothy Brock, Troy Miller, Christopher Franklin, and others.
From January 2020 to September 2025 he was a member of the Toscanini Next Orchestra as accordionist and arranger.
Since September 2022 he has been a professor of accordion and chamber music at the Musical High School “A. Bertolucci” in Parma.
Some of his compositions and arrangements have been published by “Eufonia Edizioni Musicali” and “Zaccaria Editore”.
He collaborates with various theatre actors, writing and conducting original music; among them is Laura Marinoni. He has composed and directed music for several stage productions, including Carillon, presented at the Toscanini Festival in Parma in 2023.
In 2022 he won the competition “ORER meets young talents” promoted by the “A. Boito” Conservatory in Parma in collaboration with the “A. Toscanini” Foundation, where his piece Fiamma Danzante was performed by the Filarmonica A. Toscanini of Parma.
He has numerous recordings to his name: For the label “Zaccaria Editore,” a solo album of classical accordion transcriptions titled Accordion Streets. For the label “Ema Vinci,” an album dedicated to Giuseppe Verdi in duo with violinist Paolo Mora. An album dedicated to the music of Astor Piazzolla, rearranged by him with his tango sextet “Sueno,” with whom he had the privilege of recording two tracks with Paola Folli and one track with Monica Hill.
He has participated in and won numerous national and international competitions.
