Beatrice Guarducci

Beatrice Guarducci began piano studies with Maria Tipo at the Conservatorio Luigi Cherubini in Florence and cello studies with Andrea Nannoni, graduating with Franco Rossi.
She was a member of the Orchestra of the Teatro del Giglio in Lucca as principal cello and from 1985 she has been a member of the orchestra of the Maggio Musicale Fiorentino.
She has performed under the direction of Mehta, Muti, Ozawa, Sawallisch, Prêtre, Solti and others.
She collaborates with the Orchestra da Camera di Mantova, the Cameristi del Maggio Musicale Fiorentino, and the Bazzini Consort, as well as various chamber ensembles whose repertoire ranges from Baroque to the present day.
Since 2020 she has been a member of the Ensemble Dorati.
