In this concert, the audience will experience a unique performance in which music is lived in its most intimate and natural form: that of the family.
The protagonists of the evening are father and daughter: Sergey Malov, one of the most versatile violinists on the international scene, and the young talent Sofia Malova. United not only by blood ties but also by the same instrument—the violin—the two will create an intense and shared musical dialogue.
The program opens with an aria by Pergolesi, followed by a Neapolitan song by Tchaikovsky, in a journey that combines vocal elegance and instrumental lyricism. The heart of the concert is entrusted to Vivaldi, with the Violin Concerto in G major RV 310, a brilliant and virtuosic work that highlights the dialogue between the two performers. The program is completed by interludes and virtuosic incursions from Paganini and Knox, further expanding the expressive palette of the concert.
A musical journey that crosses different eras and styles, united by the invisible thread of the violin and the profound bond between two performers.
